Overall purpose of the roles listed below:
The job holders will play a critical role in the management and delivery of consulting assignments. We are looking for the following experience:-
a)Strategy and Operations Consulting
We are looking for demonstrable experience in development and review of organisational strategic and business plans, growth strategy, financial and acquisition strategy, feasibility assessment, due diligence, customer strategy and Operations (operations effectiveness, operations transformation, business process reviews, product innovation and development, procurement and strategic sourcing, production and supply chain operations, service operations and asset life-cycle management).
b)Technological Transformation Consulting
We expect you to provide demonstrable consulting experience in digital and technological transformation – advisory and support to enable organisations achieve their strategic objectives. This will cover our services offerings that include ICT strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise applications implementation, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Infrastructure design, IT security design and Project management.
c)People and Organisation Change Consulting
Consult in human resource management in client assignments carrying out Executive Search and Selection, Organization Development, Reward Management (including job evaluation and design of reward models), Talent Management, change management, restructuring assignments amongst other client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- To be responsible for delivery of client work within agreed timelines at high quality standards.
·To participate in monitoring and evaluating project execution efficiency and economics.
·To participate in business development through active identification of opportunities, conversion of opportunities into to expressions of interests, proposals and contracted engagements.
·To interpret clients’ needs and design solutions borrowing from acquired knowledge and experience.
·To develop client deliverables such as assignment reports and presentations.
·To communicate clearly and ensure good customer service delivery so as to exceed client expectations.
·To participate in debtor management and liaise with various stakeholders on debt collection including external and internal parties
·To participate in building team synergies by mentoring, coaching and developing junior consultants on various best practices, methods and processes while carrying out client assignments.
·To participate in the various activities of the firm.
·To actively work with other lines of service within the firm to grow continuously expand PwC’s market share within the East African region.
Knowledge and Skills
·Ability to conduct business development through active identification of business opportunities, conversion of opportunities to expressions of interests, proposals and contracted engagements.
·Strong analytical and report writing skills
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to monitor and evaluate project efficiency and performance.
· Willingness to travel and operate at a regional level.
Education and Experience
- At least 4-5 years of relevant and demonstrable experience working for a global management consulting firm.
·A university degree in Commerce, Business Management, Engineering, Banking & Finance, Logistics, Operations, Human Resources Management or Law is required from a recognized institution.
·A post graduate or relevant professional qualification in the relevant field (e,g ACCA, HR, ICT etc)
·Membership with a relevant recognised professional Body.
