s & requirements Qualifications, job requirements and competencies: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from a recognized institution.Provide certified copies of the academic documents.Registered by the Pharmacy board and a member of the pharmaceutical society of Uganda.At least 5 years’ work experience in providing support in the management of the national pharmaceutical supply chain system, handling logistics medicines and logistics information management systems.Demonstrated good analytical and presentation skills with Microsoft office packages, Provide technical assistance to districts to quantify, order and manage health commoditiesSupport and coordinate for quantification, ordering and redistribution of commodities to sustain lifesaving careIn collaboration with DHTs, MEL teams, support HMIS 105-6b reporting for all supported facilitiesBuild capacity for health care workers to manage stock at supported facilitiesProvide program teams and DHT with regular updates on stock availability across facilities tofacilitate redistribution and continuity of careCoordinate implementation of Supervision Performance Assessment and Recognition Strategy (SPARS) and PEER strategy in all supported districts.Provide support supervision and technical assistance in collaboration with the supported districts to ensure continuous improvement and strengthening of the supply chain systems.
